The COPD inhaler business is a very crowded market with some competitors already at or close to generic status. This product showed great efficacy and our strategy team made an interesting discovery. The product was shown to be very effective even with a part of the patient base that still smoked. We needed to stand out, and motivate. We tested these and they stood out. We pitched and won.

We talked to a lot of folks with constant constipation and they told us that they don’t enjoy much of anything anymore. They see moments and activities always through how it can or will be affected by their constipation. We shared these and other concepts with them and this group of ads really stood out, these related the feeling and jarring impact with which they experienced their condition.
